Testing and Post-Rehabilitation

General Fitness Testing

CANADIAN PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FITNESS & LIFESTYLE APPROACH
A fitness appraisal by one of our CSEP Certified Personal Trainers will accurately establish your current level of fitness. The testing includes healthy aerobic, strength and flexibility tests that can be used as valuable tools to serve as points of comparison and to monitor your physical changes as you progress through your program.

HEALTHY BODY COMPOSITION APPRAISAL
This body composition appraisal by our CSEP-CPT deals with body weight, adiposity and fat distribution using specific skin fold sites. Rather than percent body fat and ideal weight, your results are gender and age specific and will give you a result comparing the level of your body composition in terms of health risks.

COMPUTERIZED BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS
An Electro - Lipograph (ELG) is used to make an accurate measure of your % body fat and % lean body mass.
