Join Jay Sullivan for a fun and safe introduction to free weights!! This workshop will help you learn to use the bench press, barbells, and dumbbells, for all of your major muscle groups.
**This workshop is for beginner to intermediate exercisers.
BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES
Learn to properly and safely perform exercises using you own body weight. You will learn to do a variety of exercises such as; push-ups, squats, core exercises, lunges, plyometrics and many more!!
