HIGH & LOW INTENSITY CIRCUIT
BODY CIRCUIT (All Levels) - This class includes a series of strength and aerobic exercises set up in stations where you work independently at your own pace. During each timed interval, the instructor keeps track of the time and lets you know when to move on to the next exercise.
FULL BODY TONE & STRETCH (Intro & Intermediate) - A short easy cardio warm up gets you ready to experience a variety of toning and flexibility exercises using the balls, bands, light weights, bolsters.
VO2 MAX & GET LEAN (Intermediate to advanced - High intensity) Are you looking to get the optimal results from your training? No time or movement will be wasted in this workout! Join us and with the use high performance sports conditioning exercises we will advance your cardiovascular and muscular endurance to their maximum limits.
CORE & FLEXIBILITY
**NEW!! - DYNAMIC YOGA (All Levels): Each leader will bring her own unique gifts of instruction to this class to help you re-align your body and to improve your strength and overall conditioning. There will be power moves to heat you up, body weight poses to increase your strength, deep twists to massage your internal organs and much more!
Please bring socks, and a jacket or blanket for the cool down relaxation.

STRETCH, MOVE & RELAX (All Levels) - This class includes exercises designed to help you move with more freedom using joint mobility drills, stretching and foam rolling.
INTRO TO YOGA (Beginners) - This 25 minute class is designed to give you a chance to learn all about Yoga, centering, breathing, and the basics of poses.
(Seasonal Class - September to June)
GROUP CENTERGY (All Levels) - Redefine yourself with Group Centergy. Grow longer and stronger as you explore the journey of Yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will help you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile.

Each class is a seamless fusion of movements inspired by the science of Western fitness, the syle and beauty of Cultural Dance and the power of spiritual practices & philosophies from the East.
CARDIO - BOX (Intmediate to Advanced) - A non contact dynamic workout geared towards boxing conditioning that uses basic boxing techniques and body weight exercises to increase your overall strength and fitness.
CARDIO KICK - BOX (All Levels) - If you are looking for a high energy, intense workout, look no further. Test your cardiovascular and muscle endurance with this group class of kick-box movements. You’ll skip, you’ll jab, you’ll punch... and best of all you’ll have fun!
DUSTY SNEAKERS (Moderate) - This class is designed especially for our active older adult participants. It includes a bit of everything for your body to help energize you for your day. Your instructors Del and Monique, will keep you smiling and having fun, and before you know it....you’ll have had a great workout!
ZUMBA (All Levels) - This upbeat dance style class combines saucy Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves to give you a fun way to get your heart beating faster.
SPIN
GROUP RIDE (All Levels) - Everyone finishes first in Group Ride. This class is geared for anyone who can ride a bike. Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body in an inspiring group environment where everyone finishes first.
GROUP RIDE INTRO (Beginner) - A great way to ease into Group Ride! This class starts out at week 1 with 15 minutes of skill instruction and 30 minutes of spinning. Each week the instructor will add a bit more time to the spin ans speed to gradually build your endurance and skill until you reach a full ride class.
GROUP RIDE, CORE & FLEX (All Levels) - This freestyle spin workout you will experience 50 minutes of spinning through every type of terrain: flat roads for endurance, hills for strength and a bit of wind behind you for speed. Follow this up with 10 minutes of exercises designed to target your abs and lengthen your muscles.
FREESTYLE SPIN (All levels) Take to the road with great music and enjoy this hour of riding with your instructor leading you through a combination of speeds and pedal resistances to improve your aerobic endurance and leg power and strength.
STEP
GROUP STEP (Intermediate to advanced) - Discover new heights with Group Step! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this 60 miute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. The class starts with a fun warm up, followed by eight songs with specific training objectives and ends with a well earned stretch.
STEP 1/2 (All Levels) – There is something for everyone in this class that offers basic step movements with your choice to increase the intensity according to your ability and fitness level.

GROUP POWER (All Levels) - Group Power is your hour of Power!. This barbell program strengthens all of your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors.
